大家都知道 冷天比較好睡 熱天常會熱醒
之前本來想做個床或冷暖氣出來
會根據你幾點要起床 而調整溫度 叫你起床 或者讓你一覺好眠
今天突然想到 其實做成電毯就行了 不過 不是用蓋的喔 會踢被 要記得當床墊用

另外 加入個方式偵測睡眠狀態 也是不錯的idea
大家都聽過 睡眠以兩個小時為週期
在熟睡時 突然要叫你起床 那是很痛苦的
如果可以monitor你睡眠的腦波或狀態
在你淺睡的時候 順便叫你起床 會比較有精神
